The Emanuel Celler Federal Building is a government-owned building located at 225 Cadman Plaza East in Brooklyn, New York City. It houses several federal agencies, including the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, United States Bankruptcy Court, United States Attorney's office, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The 15-story building was completed in 1963 and named after Emanuel Celler, who served as a U.S. Representative from New York from 1923 to 1973. The building also houses a post office, a cafeteria, and a rooftop garden.
